We've both tried several methods for organizing our coupons, but the most convenient and "shopper friendly" method for both of us has been the good old-fashioned "binder" method. We both have large 3-ring binders that are filled with baseball card sleeves. You can divide the binder into as many sections as you want and then simply place your different coupons in each slot. This method makes every coupon extremely easy to view, which is great when you're at the store or trying to purge all of your expired coupons.
Jenna's binder sections: Stacey's binder sections:
Dairy Air Freshners
Meat Baby products Meat
Frozen Foods Baking Mens Hair/Body
Drinks Beverage Pasta
Personal Care Breakfast Pet
Shampoos and Hair Products Canned Razor/Shaving
Paper Products Cleaning Snacks

Baby Items Dairy
Baking Drug/Medicine

Pets Femcare
Pantry (things like pasta, tuna helper mixes) Hair Care
Breakfast Items Kitchen
We each also have a seperate coupon file folder for when we go to the stores. These are plastic, fit in a purse, and you can find them at Target in the dollar section. Before hitting a store, we make our lists, gather our coupons, and put them in their designated section in the file folder. This way, when we reach checkout we don't have to search through our binder to get our coupons together. They're already in order and ready to hand to the cashier.
